Phil Epp

Phil Epp taught for 30 years and resides in Newton, Kansas.  His paintings characteristically have low horizons often paired with his stylized clouds, representing the surrounding landscape.  He also does etchings and prints.  Phil’s work is in several south western galleries and he has done several large-scale public art pieces in recent years.
