“A Hutchinson native, Woodson has also lived, created and sold artwork from California to New York. Woodson’s artistic journey flourished as a creator of handmade greeting cards. Woodson later expanded her creations to larger canvases and eventually began painting on wood pieces.
Woodson is a self-taught artist and her work is as intuitive as it is expressive. She is constantly creating in her studio, and often she works on larger community art and murals as well. She has been part of several community murals in Hutchinson and recently exhibited a large artwork at First National Bank, made of metal and acrylic.”
