Ben Ahlvers

Ben Ahlvers creates hand-built ceramic heads and busts that are glazed with peeling or drippy textures all over their surface. His artwork is full of silly faces, clownlike noses, and cartoonish animals. These figures oftentimes have a mysterious aura about them.
