“Mysteriousness and appointed iconography has always been a foundation of my visual development. My imagery contains unexpected eloquent gestures that reveal a fleeting moment of time or spontaneity, a strong sense of place that demands close attention. I have never consciously pursued an obvious dialogue with an audience but rather attempt to engage their curiosity in relationship to one’s experience and history. With that inquiry the viewer hopefully develops some connection to my artistic concerns, intentions and abilities.
